Business and agents providers of tourism products (hotels, tours, restaurants, etc.) sign up on the website after receiving the invitation by email
Possible buyers are reached (travel agencies, tour operators, etc.) through an email invitation to sign up in the platform, so they have access to the listed product providers.
The clients (buyers) register and adjust their preferences and access the marketplace where they will be able to request e-meetings with the different service providers available.
Appointment requests are made through a calendar based on available days and hours configured by each provider. Once the request is sent, the provider needs to accept the request.
Once the provider has accepted the meeting, a confirmation email is sent to both parties, with a downloadable .ical file. In this, an online meeting is included through a videoconference software like Zoom. The tool is accessible though web browser, PC app, tablet or smartphone. The device must have a video camera, microphone and audio output.
